Knowledge of the Image of God

Christians have an alternative to behaving poorly. There is an alternative to teaching Evolution as our origins.

Colossians 3:9-10 describes how we are to be transformed by the image of God:

“Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.” (Col 3: 9-10, NIV)

What is the image of God?

In sum, image of God is found in the moral positives of the Ten Commandments, in the Beatitudes, in St. John Chaps 1-12, and Colossians 3, in the Book of Deuteronomy, etc..

This image of Our Creator is same one we find in John’s Gospel Chapters 1-12 and in the Beatitudes, in the moral positives of the Ten Commandments.
